Port 593 is used for MS Windows RPC over HTTP 1.0, also known as nacn_http (Network Computing Architecture Connection-oriented over HTTP)

This allows Remote Procedure Call (RPC) communication to be encapsulated within HTTP, enabling access through firewalls and proxies. Port 593 is also used for Distributed COM (DCOM) services that need RPC access.
